Drug Deal Leads to Shooting in Nash

Three people are in custody after a shooting in Nash Monday afternoon.

According to Nash Police Detective Michael Sutton, Tavarius Johnson-Fisher was selling marijuana to Kamoni Mosley when Mosley allegedly took the marijuana from Johnson-Fisher at gunpoint.

Tavarius Johnson-Fisher and Michael Johnson then went looking for and found Mosley at Hood St. and Watts St in Nash. Michael Johnson and Mosley exchanged gunfire with one another. Tavarius Johnson-Fisher was grazed on the shoulder by a bullet in the exchange. He was treated and released by LifeNet on scene. He was then arrested for a probation violation and possession of marijuana.

Kamoni Mosley was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Michael Johnson was arrested for deadly conduct.
