Texarkana Emergency Center Donates Stop the Bleed Kits

Texarkana Emergency Center donated stop the bleed kits to area state police on Wednesday.

The emergency center donated 30 kits to Texas DPS troopers and 30 to Arkansas State Police.

Each kit includes medical gloves, military grade hemostatic bandages, a tourniquet, trauma shears, and a sharpie marker.

Last April Texarkana Emergency Center also provided the kits to all area schools.
