An 18-year-old woman is dead after a single vehicle accident on U.S. 259 early Sunday morning and three others are injured.
Candace Vernon, 18, of DeKalb was pronounced dead on scene after the car she was in on County Road 4255 failed to stop at the intersection of 259 and hit a tree.
