The annual Run the Line half marathon was held Sunday in Texarkana. Around 400 people ran the marathon that started downtown went north to interstate and then finished in front of Hopkins Icehouse back downtown.
Mark Ferguson of Little Rock, Ark. had the best time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
