10:20 a.m. Wednesday | A two vehicle accident left Richmond Rd. blocked in both directions at McKnight Rd for a short time Wednesday morning.
Texarkana, Texas Fire Department and Police Department were quickly on scene. No serious injuries were reported.
The cause of the accident was still under investigation.
