5:30 p.m. Thursday | An accident between a car and a semi-truck left one lane of eastbound Interstate 30 closed Thursday evening.
According to the driver the car was passing the truck when it came over into the front of the truck sending both vehicle off the interstate into the trees bring several down.
Bowie County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and Texas DPS Troopers along with C-5 Volunteer Fire Department and LifeNet were quickly on scene. No injuries were reported.
Eastbound I-30 at Leary would best be avoided until after 7 p.m. Thursday.
