10:45 A.M. Tuesday | According to the traffic investigators, both the motorcycle and a Ford Pickup were eastbound on West 7th Street. The truck attempted to make a turn from the inside lane across the path of the motorcycle.
To avoid a collision, the motorcycle driver laid down the bike on the roadway. The driver of the pickup stopped at the scene. The motorcycle driver was transported to Christus St. Michael with non-life threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation at this point.
