A masked man with a sign on Richmond Rd. has generated several 9-1-1 calls of a “strange subject standing on the side of the road next to Raising Canes,” according to Texarkana, Texas Police Department.
When asked what his intent was, the masked man said, “I’m just out here trying to make the world a better place and trying to make a difference.”
Some of the signs have “United We Stand” and “You save your child, report a pedophile” transcribed on them.
Officer Akin arrived on the scene to analyze the situation. He concluded that the individual was peacefully protesting and that nothing needed to be done at this time.
