After receiving information that Gayton may have been at a relative’s home in the 3700 block of Elizabeth Street, patrol officers went there about 4:00 this morning. He was arrested and transported to the Bi-State Jail without incident.

Officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 4600 block of Elizabeth Street at 12:22 a.m. on January 28, 2016.
