8:00 a.m. Friday | A head on collision on Miller County 73 between Atlanta, Texas and Doddridge, Arkansas killed one person and injured another Friday morning.
According to Arkansas State Police 71 year old James Ogburn of Atlanta was killed in the crash.
According to a preliminary crash report Ogburn was traveling east on CR-73 in a Ford Escort when he crossed the center line and struck Bobby Garren of Doddridge who was traveling west in a Dodge Ram.
Ogburn was pronounced dead on scene and Gerren was transported to Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana with unknown injuries.
