Every Friday this October, the Texarkana Arts & Historic District will have bike tours of historic downtown Texarkana! Meet at 5:15 PM at the Museum of Regional History (219 N State Line Ave.) and be ready for an approximately hour-long leisurely ride around the downtown area.
