Bi-State Justice Building evacuated after woman allegedly made bomb threat

Bi-State Justice Building in downtown Texarkana was evacuated Monday morning after a woman was overheard making a threat to blow up the building.

Police received a report just after 11 a.m. Monday morning that someone made the threat.

The building was evacuated while officials investigated the threat and completed a walk-through of the building. The fire department was staging near by.

After a search of the entire facility, police cleared Bi-State Justice Building and it will resume with normal operations.
