Texarkana, Texas Police have identified the body of a man discovered in a camper trailer on September 20, 2015 as William Griffin, 47, a homeless man.
Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Cedar Street after a passerby reported a foul odor coming from the camper. Officers located a badly decomposed body of a male inside the camper. The cause of death has not yet been determined. Detectives have not yet been able to locate any family members of Griffin.
