Bowie County Early Voting for Nov. 3 General Election Begins October 19

Early voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election begins Monday, October 19, 2026, and runs through Friday, October 30, 2026. The Bowie County Elections Office encourages registered voters to take advantage of the early voting period for flexibility and convenience.

Bowie County participates in the county-wide polling place program, meaning any registered Bowie County voter may cast a ballot at any early voting location within the county during the designated period, regardless of their assigned precinct.

Early voting locations are:

  • EV1 – Bowie County Courthouse (Main Location), Elections Workroom – 710 James Bowie Dr., New Boston, TX
  • EV2 – Southwest Center, ABC Room – 3222 W. 7th St., Texarkana, TX
  • EV3 – Cross Pointe Texarkana, Gym – 3130 University Ave., Texarkana, TX

“Early voting gives Bowie County residents more time to participate in this election,” said Pat McCoy, Election Administrator of the Bowie County Elections Office. “We encourage voters to plan ahead, review their polling location options, and find a convenient time to cast their ballot.”

Early Voting Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, October 19–23: 8 a.m.–6 p.m., all early voting locations
  • Saturday, October 24: 7 a.m.–7 p.m., all early voting locations
  • Sunday, October 25: Noon–6 p.m., Main Location (Bowie County Courthouse) only
  • Monday–Friday, October 26–30: 7 a.m.–7 p.m., all early voting locations

Election Day – Tuesday, November 3, 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

On Election Day, voters may cast their ballot at any of the following county-wide locations:

  • Liberty Eylau Baptist Church – Family Life Center, 5605 S Lake Dr., Texarkana

  • Texarkana College – Levi Hall, 2500 N Robison Rd, Texarkana
