LITTLE ROCK, AR (10/30/2014)(readMedia) | Caitlin Yarberry of Texarkana, Texas, is a member of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Student Philanthropy Council, Trojans Helping Trojans, for the Fall 2014 semester.
The group recently launched its third Green Piggy Bank fundraiser to collect funds supporting student scholarships and programs. Each member of the council has been asked to check out 10 piggy banks to students or organizations throughout campus.
In the past two semesters, the philanthropists raised funds to help endow the Jennifer Boccarossa Endowed Scholarship and the Katherine and Ryan Palludan Memorial Scholarship at UALR.
With more than 11,000 students and 100 programs, UALR offers learning, research, service, social and career opportunities that can only be found at a metropolitan university located in Arkansas’ capital city.
