Citizens Attend Joint Mayor Report of Texarkana

The Mayors’ Joint Report of the City was held on September 5, 2018, at 9:00 AM inside the Cabe Building at the First United Methodist Church, 400 E 6th Street, Texarkana, Arkansas.  Both Mayor Ruth Penny Bell and Mayor Bob Bruggeman spoke to citizens attending the meeting, including conversations around the upcoming election.
