The City of Texarkana, Texas Public Works Department began work to repair College Drive from State Line Avenue to Walnut Street on Monday, July 20, 2015. The two block area of College Drive will be closed while crews work to make surface repairs. The project will be completed by the end of August.
The city will work with businesses and homeowners who must use College Drive for access to their property. The Street Department anticipates opening the street to normal traffic each evening.
