Deadline to Register for U of A Hope Reserve Officer Training Program is Jan. 22nd

The University of Arkansas at Hope Division of Industry Outreach & Continuing Education and the Hope Police Department is accepting applications for individuals who want to become Auxiliary Officers.

The department along with the College, plan to offer Part Time I or Part Time II reserve officers program this spring. The classes will take place on the U of A Hope Campus beginning in February 2016 and ending in May. The classes will meet for 2 nights a week and some Saturdays. The training program includes 152 hours of training. The deadline to register for this program is January 22nd.

Applicants must be sponsored by a law enforcement agency and have completed the hiring process prior to submitting an application for the course. The cost of the course is $275.00. Deadline for Registrations is Friday, January 22, 2016. The first class will held on Tuesday, February 2nd beginning at 6 p.m.
