Downed Street Light Blocks Moores Lane at Richmond Rd.

11:00 p.m. Thursday | A downed street light left Moores Lane closed at Richmond Road Thursday night.

Texarkana, Texas Police and Fire Departments have all lanes of Moores blocked due to the pole and electrical lines in the roadway.

According to a Texarkana, Texas Police Officer on scene skid marks could be seen where a car had hit the pole and left the scene.

Work crews were en route to remove the pole from the road.
