7:30 a.m. Sunday, March 1, 2015 | A head on collision claimed the life of both drivers Sunday morning on U.S. Highway 67 east of Redwater, Texas.
U.S. 67 was closed most of the morning while first responders cleaned up the accident scene. Redwater Volunteer Fire Department, Bowie County Sheriff’s Office, and Texas DPS Troopers were all on scene.
Little is known about the crash at this time. According to the Texas DPS communications office one person has not been identified at this time.
We will update with more as we learn it after all notifications are made to the families.
