12:30 A.M. Monday | Bowie County Sheriff, Nash Police, Texas DPS Troopers, Hooks Fire and Police, and C5 Fire were on scene of a 2 vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck.
According to a DPS Trooper on scene the motorcycle went down for an unknown reason which caused a truck that was traveling behind the motorcycle to make contact with the driver before crashing into the center dividing wire.
When first responders arrived on scene the motorcycle and the grass around it were on fire. The motorcycle driver was pronounced dead on the scene. The condition of the occupants of the truck is unknown at this time although there appeared to be no major injuries.
