Firefighters revive dog following house fire

Texarkana firefighter crews received credit for saving a dog’s life after a house fire that took place on Thursday afternoon.

According to Texarkana Texas Police Department, police and firefighter crews responded to a fully engulfed home in the 2900 block of Magnolia Street.

Though there were no persons injured during this fire, an unconscious dog was carried outside by Texarkana Firefighters.

According to TTPD, emergency responders were able to revive the dog.
