Former United Way Executive Takes Helm at Texarkana Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana has appointed Molly Riley as its new Executive Director, the organization’s board of directors announced Sunday.

Riley brings more than 10 years of nonprofit experience to the position, most recently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Fundraising at United Way of Greater Texarkana.

“We’re excited to welcome a leader who has spent the last decade serving the greater Texarkana community, and we look forward to her continued leadership and impact in the years ahead,” said Mac Carrell, current Board Chairman.

In her new role, Riley plans to expand outreach efforts and deepen relationships that advance Habitat’s mission. Her background includes experience in marketing, fundraising, and organizational development.

“I am so honored to join Habitat for Humanity of Texarkana,” Riley said. “Habitat’s mission truly resonates with me. I have a passion for people and for helping others who may just simply need a hand up. I’m greatly looking forward to making a difference right here in our Twin City region.”
