According to radio traffic around 2 A.M a Dekalb, Texas police officer arrested a suspect that was in a woman’s backyard knocking on her window and was wanted for other warrants.
The officer reported the suspect was in custody and that she would be transporting him to the Dekalb Police Station. Around 5 minutes after arriving at the police department the officer reported that the handcuffed suspect had broken out her window and was running.
Bowie County Sheriff Deputies responded and assisted in looking for the suspect to no avail. According to radio traffic the officers know who the suspect is and will be obtaining a warrant for his arrest.
