A two vehicle head on collision on Highway 67 at Shady Pines Rd. left traffic backed up for miles in both directions Friday afternoon.
Traffic was backed up beyond FM 2148 in the westbound lane.
At least one person was transported by LifeNet to a local hospital with unknown non life threatening injuries.
As of 6:30 p.m. Friday traffic is reported to still be moving slow.
