Twenty-nine Indiana Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Officers are heading for Houston today to help with rescue missions after Hurricane Harvey.

The officers stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn in Texarkana, Texas.

Officer Keith Dinn explained, “we will first stop at College Station to receive direct orders on where we are needed.”

The officers are taking twenty-two aluminum boats and several airboats valued at approximately $85,000.
