Keller Williams and The Chad Raney Team chose to “Give Where They Live” as part of RED Day, Keller Williams’ annual day of service on Thursday, May 12, dedicated to Renewing, Energizing and Donating to local communities.

As part of the RED Day effort, local agents and staff will spend the day with American Red Cross “Helping Those Affected By Disasters”. Every 8 minutes the American Red Cross responds to an emergency and the Texarkana Red Cross needs your help.

“RED Day is built on the belief that people can and should come together to achieve extraordinary things to help others,” said Chad Raney, “This year, our team chose to help the American Red Cross by taking the day from work to volunteer and raise money. With all of the voilent storms that ripped through town this week it just seemed like the right charity to help at the right time. They are a great organization that helps when chaos disrupts our lives.”

“RED Day just happens to be a one-day expression of the constant state of the Keller Williams culture. We see a need, discover who can meet it and get it done,” said Ashley Goodman, KW Agent & local RED DAY coordinator.

Since the first RED Day in 2009, Keller Williams associates have given hundreds of thousands of hours of community service through activities ranging from food and blood drives to rebuilding homes and schools for community members in need.
