Be the Light Festival Illuminates Spirits

HealthCARE Express, Friends for a Cause Foundation, Animal Care and Adoption Center, The Healing Place of Texarkana, and Randy Sams Outreach Shelter hosted Be the Light Festival yesterday evening, January 23, 2018, to raise donations for local non-profit organizations.

An estimated 150 people attending the event for the Legacy Lantern release, participating in a stunning display to commemorate the evening.
