Local cell phone store robbed at gunpoint, police seek suspect

Texarkana Texas Police is currently in search for tips leading to the arrest of a man accused of robbing a local MetroPCS store at gunpoint.

According to Texarkana police, the robbery happened just after 6 p.m. Monday evening at MetroPCS located inside Richmond Square on 2700 Richmond Road.

According to authorities, no injuries were reported and they are currently looking for the suspect.

Police describe the suspect as a white male in his mid 40’s, 5’8″, with a black pony tail, wearing a fedora hat.

According to authorities the suspect possibly fled the scene in an older small grey/blue SUV with paper tags.
