9:45 a.m. Tuesday | Texarkana, Texas Police and Fire responded to a major accident involving a car and motorcycle on Milam St. at 11th Street Tuesday morning.
The first officer on scene reported that the driver of the motorcycle was not responsive. The extent of injuries is unknown at this time.
Milam Street was closed for around an hour. TTPD had the area taped off with crime scene tape and is currently investigating.
