Bowie County Sheriff’s Office Investigators McCarver and Biggar assisted TAPD in the arrest of a suspect from a burglary that occurred in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Detective Fincher with TAPD located the stolen property listed online for sale and made arrangements to meet with Dustin Ray Vann, 25 years of age of Texarkana, Arkansas, in the 4600 block of South Lake Drive. Vaan arrived as scheduled and was detained by BCSO after he was found to be in possession of the stolen property.
While recovering the stolen property officers also located a gray zipper pouch with a set of digital scales and 9 grams of methamphetamine.
Vann was arrested and taken to the Bi-State Jail where Judge Talley later set his bond at $50,000.00.
