Man killed in motorcycle accident on East Street

A 58-year-old man was killed after his motorcycle was struck by a car that was attempting to turn into Miller County Sheriff’s Office, according to Texarkana, Ark. Police.

According to Texarkana, Ark. Police Public Information Officer Corporal Kristi Bennett, an elderly woman was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 71 when she turned left in front of the northbound motorcycle.

According to Bennett, a Texarkana, Ark. Police Detective was quickly on scene and provided CPR to the victim. The man was pronounced dead on scene.

Thomas H. Robinson, 58, was pronounced dead on scene.
