Texarkana, Texas Police responded to a robbery call at 12:50Pm on October 17th, 2014.
Upon arrival officers were advised by the reporting person, James Cagle, 18 years old, of Texarkana Texas that he was at the park and someone approached him and demanded his wallet.
It has been discovered during the investigation that no crime occurred and that Cagle had made a false report. A warrant was issued for Cagle for False Report to a Police Officer and he was arrested and booked into jail. Detectives are still investigating the incident further.
