9:00 p.m. Tuesday | A man led Texarkana, Texas police on a short car chase before bailing from the vehicle and slipping away Tuesday night.
A Texarkana, Texas police officer attempted to pull a truck over that had a stolen motorcycle on a trailer on Old Boston Rd. at N. Kenwood. According to police radio traffic the vehicle fled up N. Kenwood before bailing at the dead end of Franklin Street.
Police setup a perimeter and pursued the suspect into the woods but after around 30 minutes called it due to thick woods and they have a name for the suspect.
The bike was reported stolen out of Texarkana, Arkansas Tuesday morning.
