Man wanted for check kiting

Detective Brian Purcell with Texarkana, Texas Police department described it as a “classic case of check kiting”. Using several worthless checks from a closed business account, Leytham allegedly made deposits at a local financial institution and then withdrew about $13,000 in cash before the checks were returned as being from a closed account.

A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Leytham for Theft with additional charges pending.

Police are asking for your help locating and arresting Leytham. He is no longer living at his last know address and recently quit his job at a local car dealership. He is 5-9 and 160 pounds. He drives a black 2011 Infinity G35 with unknown Texas tags on it.
