Miller County busts man growing marijuana

On September 6th 2016, Detectives with the BI State Narcotics Task Force received information concerning a possible marijuana grow operation in Miller County, AR. During the investigation, detectives learned that Michael Harrell w/m, who lives on Miller County Road 469, Fouke, Arkansas, was indeed growing marijuana behind his residence.

Miller County Deputies and Members of the Bi State Narcotics Task Force, located several mature marijuana plants, the marijuana was planted in buckets behind Harrell’s residence. Detectives also located equipment used in the manufacturing process.

Harrell was arrested for Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance Marijuana and is being held at the Miller County Detention Center.

The BI State Narcotics Task Force is comprised of Detectives from Miller County Sheriff’s Office and Texarkana Arkansas Police Department.
