Miller County Judge Larry Burgess issued a burn ban for Miller County Wednesday afternoon, according to a court order.
The order states “there shall be no open outside burning in Miller County.” The ban will be in effect until there is a charge in weather condition.
Hempstead county and Howard county have also issued burn bans.
No burn ban is in effect for Bowie County at this time.
