8:30 P.M. Monday | I was just coming back from a wreck in the Nash area when I heard on the police scanner that a Nash, Texas police officer was attempting to pull over a motorcycle. It stated that the motorcycle was fleeing, and the chase was approaching Pecan and Mall Drive.
I was just coming up to Pecan on Mall Drive so I got the camera ready. I caught video of the motorcycle taking off with the Nash unit in pursuit. The police officer terminated the chase quickly for public safety, and the motorcycle got away due to the high speed the driver was going.

According to Detective Michael Sutton with the Nash Police Department, the officer attempted to stop the motorcycle for speeding just before the motorcycle fled.
