Officials assure no interruption of service during current Texarkana 911 center outage

According to Central Records and Communications, the 911 center in Texarkana is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. 911 calls are currently routed automatically to New Boston.

Officials assure the public callers should not experience any interruption of service.

However, officials stated if you do experience issues and are not able to get through to 911, please call Texarkana 911 directly at (903) 798-3348.

AT&T has provided no estimated time of restoration.
