Texarkana Texas Police are investigating the death of a two year old boy early Thursday morning.
According to a press release issued by TTPD, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 4600 block of Elizabeth Street at 12:22 a.m. on January 28, 2016. Upon arrival, they were directed to an unresponsive two year old boy inside an apartment. Efforts to revive the child were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
The body has been sent for an autopsy and detectives continue to investigate the case.
