Texarkana, Texas Police is looking for man above in connection to an auto theft?
According to police he stole a car from a house on Paul Street near Spring Lake Park Thursday, Dec. 3. Just a few minutes later, he tried to use the victim’s debit card at the Red River ATM on New Boston Road.
