Texarkana, Texas Police department has released a video of a purse snatching the occurred Tuesday afternoon at Albertsons on Richmond Road.
According to police the car is believed to be a mid-90's maroon Ford Mustang. “It appears that the suspects drove around the parking lot for a few minutes looking for their best opportunity. As you can see, there was very little time for the victim or anyone nearby to react.”
The 79 year old female victim was knocked down in the snatching but did no receive any major injuries.
