According to a be on the lookout issued to Texarkana area police agencies an Arkansas Department of Corrections work release inmate walked away from his job at a business on State Line Ave. Tuesday afternoon.
Dispatchers advised police that 31-year-old Deshawn Torey Phillips walked away from a business on State Line.
Phillips is serving a 132-month sentence for drug charges, forgery, and theft of property charges out of Hempstead county from July of 2008.
