Thursday, October 16, 2014 | Texarkana Rotary Clubs’ held their Thirty-Fourth Annual Public Safety Officers Appreciation Luncheon at First United Methodist Church.
The luncheon kicked off with food from Big Jake’s BBQ and then the awards ceremony began. After the ceremony, FBI Special Agent in Charge of the Little Rock Field Office David Resch gave a speech on the importance of the Texarkana community and commended its work and processes.
