Robert Earl Crumpton, age 77, of Texarkana, Texas died Thursday, September 17, 2026, in a local hospital.
Mr. Crumpton was born January 3, 1949, in Ralls Crosby, Texas. He retired from Domtar Paper Mill, member of the Grace Church and member of the TEXAR Antique Automobile Car Club.
He is survived by his wife Linda Mollette Crumpton of Texarkana, Texas; one son, Pat Crumpton and wife Catherne of Tom, Ok; one daughter, Beth Orrell and husband Justin of Hot Springs, Arkansas; one brother, Danny Crumpton of Leary, Texas; one sister, Mary Lou Huddleston of Leary, Texas; five grandchildren, Carson Crumpton, Bronson Crumpton, Anna Phillips, Triston Davis and Audrey Camp; one great grandchild, Lennon Troilett and numerous other relatives and friends.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at the Grace Church with Rev. Orville Farren officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens Cemetery under direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 P.M.
