Ryan Mallett will start for the Houston Texans against the Cleveland Browns on November 16, according to the Houston Texans official Twitter account. The announcement came Wednesday. The Texans do not play this weekend, and will play the Cleveland Browns the next weekend in Cleveland, Ohio. The Houston Texans are 4-5 this year when Ryan Fitzpatrick started.
