Senator Bryan Hughes visited Texarkana’s Wilbur Smith Rotary Thursday, June 22, 2017. Hughes attended the lunch as a guest of Judge Josh Morriss III and spoke regarding many topics including Sanctuary Cities, his collaborations with President James Henry Russell of Texarkana College and Dr. Emily Cutrer of TAMU-T, and how Texas can continue to incentivize people to move here for work.
