7:44 a.m. wednesday | Texarkana, Texas Police and Fire responded to a single vehicle accident on the southbound flyover to eastbound Interstate 30 Wednesday morning.
According to the driver the vehicle hydroplaned and crashed into the side of the flyover. No serious injuries were reported.
