TEXARKANA, TEX- The City of Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department will be temporarily closing the Rotary Splash Pad on Monday, July 31 and Tuesday, August 1st for general maintenance.
The Rotary Splash Pad will reopen on Wednesday, August 2nd, with normal operating hours.
