According to Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department this unknown individual was caught on camera on Belmont Street in Texarkana Arkansas checking door handles attempting to break into cars.
Police say they are investigating two vehicle burglaries in this immediate area on this date around this time and are asking for help identifying this individual. A cash reward is also available through Crime Stoppers for information that solves this case.
